100-day Transformation
You will have my full support to keep you inspired, motivated and consistent. You will receive the whole package of health, nutrition and yoga coaching. For 100 days, we will cultivate good habits to replace unproductive ones. We will develop suitable goals and strategize on how to change behaviors without the stress. We will build pillars of self-care and self-compassion, as well as tools to help manage stress. You will receive yoga instruction with modifications as needed. My goal is to help you succeed. I will be with you every step of the way.

Action Planning
We will start with a deep dive motivational interview and functional behavior assessment (FBA). We will identify productive and unproductive behaviors and "why" we engage in them. Then, we will collaborate on developing a behavior action plan with SMART goals and strategies on "how" you can overcome barriers and transform your habits for optimal health. This is a good option for individuals who can self-monitor but need a guide map.
